"Convenient" to the convention center, this hotel's "great looking, well-thought-out lobby" boasts an on-site Starbucks and a "helpful" staff; upstairs, the "large" rooms have that "older" look, but they're "nicely appointed and clean", with "wonderful Sweet Dreams beds"; less fun are the smoking floors that "smell like a chimney", and the "insane amount of money for Internet use" in the business center.

Long way to walk from the parking garage to rooms.

I was very pleased and satisfied with my stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Accommodations were excellent. I will definitely stay there again.

Nice, large and comfortable room.

Wi-Fi was not free. Parking was not free. Indoor pool was not heated due to upkeep.

The hotel is nice, but many of the amenities and services that you may have come to expect as free from most hotels were available at additional charge here.

The bathroom in our hotel was not clean.

Nice accommodations. Pictures in the hotel room were very dated, but everything else was up-to-date. Even trendy pictures just brought it down a notch. The bathroom in our room was not clean. Also, considering the star level, I think free Wi-Fi should have been included. It is at most other hotels. But, Doubletree charges $9.95 per day for its use in your hotel room. Its a wonderful luxury hotel, conveniently located Downtown and has wonderful amenities.

Room choice was one double bed or smoking room, which reeked of smoke and the shower was dirty.

From past experience, it is a comfortable luxury hotel, with beautiful rooms.
